So what is complete code? I’ll take a stab at a definition: Code is complete when it produces the correct outputs for all possible inputs, and fails safely and gracefully in all possible situations where a correct output cannot be produced.

Can a Beginner Programmer tell if a code is readable?
I can look at code and in 2 seconds tell if you it is well written and highly readable or not. (At least my opinion.) At the same time, I can take a sample of my best, well written, highly readable code and give it to a novice or beginner programmer, and they don’t spot how it is different from any other code they are looking at.
