How do I enable my Apple ID for iTunes connect?
Make sure you have activated your Apple ID. If you have added your Apple ID to the Apple developer portal recently, you have to activate your account from the link you received from Apple via email. In an email, there will be an activation code for account activation. After that, try again to sign-in at iTunes connect.
Can you buy apps from the iTunes Store?
You also purchase apps and media through the iTunes store when your iOS mobile device is syncing with your desktop/laptop. Is there an App Store on a Mac?
You are confusing the Mac App Store, accessed with the App Store app on a Mac, with the iTunes App Store accessed with the iTunes app on a Mac and the App Store app on an iOS device. On a Mac or Windows desktop/laptop, you have your iTunes program to interface with your mobile device (iPad/iPhone).
Do you have to install iTunes on your computer?
Installing the iTunes app is one thing, while connecting to an actual Apple device is another. Once you launch the Windows Store version of iTunes and connect an Apple device for the first time, the required driver package will be downloaded and installed through Windows Update – again, no reboot required.
