What is publish error in InfoPath form services?
We are trying to publish a basic InfoPath Forms Services form for list with a very large number of columns – we think this might be the problem, but not sure. Here is the publish error:
I am trying to publish an InfoPath 2013 form to a Form Library in SharePoint (O365) and getting errors. The O365 plan includes InfoPath Form Services. I am unable to publish InfoPath forms to any sites and/or subsites in my site collection except one subsite that has an existing form library in it.
Do you want to update the SharePoint form?
When opening InfoPath there is that message that says fields have modified do you want to update the form. I had to answer NO to that. Then save over the updates the user had made then reapply what they wanted inside the form so that InfoPath was the driver of the updates instead of SharePoint and Infopath arguing with each other.
Is the O365 plan includes InfoPath form services?
The O365 plan includes InfoPath Form Services. I am unable to publish InfoPath forms to any sites and/or subsites in my site collection except one subsite that has an existing form library in it. In this site I can create a new form library and publish a form to it. On all other sites and subsites I am unable to publish.
Why do I get SOAP error in InfoPath?
SOAP errors in infopath are generally a timeout with communicating between Infopath and the Sharepoint server, which means when you click publish it goes through each field in infopath and writes it in sharepoint. I have similar issues with a 250 field infopath form and I have begun to sacrifice lesser needed fields.
Why do I need to use InfoPath 2010?
A client was customizing a list view with InfoPath 2010 when the view hit a snag. The view would no longer publish to the SharePoint list. There were a few changes to the list column definitions and the InfoPath command to Refresh the SharePoint Schema was being diligently used to keep everything in sync.
It is possible to use both default sharepoint template and Infopath custom template in parallel – for different modes different templates Then, if you had not managed to publish the Infopath form template, I do not grasp why and how you revert it… IMO, it is impossibe to publish Infopath template of Sharepoint List Form if:
Select Customize in InfoPath. You can open InfoPath, choose “Customize SharePoint List” from the startup options, and provide the URL of their list to open it in InfoPath directly. Microsoft is researching this problem and will post more information when it becomes available. We recommend this workaround as a temporary resolution.
Why is the SOAP message cannot be parsed?
