How to upgrade sandbox to self service mode?
You may not have permissions to deploy packages to Prod. The “Apply updates” button is the first option under Maintain. Check also that environment is in Deployed status. In the case of MS maintanace, deployment of packages is blocked prior 24 hours to maintanance. Production env is upgraded to self service mode .
