What does Setlocal Enabledelayedexpansion do?
ENABLEDELAYEDEXPANSION is a parameter passed to the SETLOCAL command (look at setlocal /? ) Its effect lives for the duration of the script, or an ENDLOCAL : When the end of a batch script is reached, an implied ENDLOCAL is executed for any outstanding SETLOCAL commands issued by that batch script.
What ingredients delay expansion?
Zinc causes delayed expansion if the amalgam mix is contaminated with moisture during manipulation….
- Binary alloys, e.g. silver-tin.
- Ternary alloys, e.g. silver-tin-copper.
- Quaternary alloys, e.g. silver-tin-copper-indium.
What is the weakest phase of amalgam?
γ2 phase
Sn8Hg (γ2 phase) was considered to be responsible for this problem. This phase has been shown to be the weakest phase in the set amalgam and is subject to corrosion, particularly at the tooth-amalgam interface.
What to do when delayed expansion is in effect?
When delayed expansion is in effect, variables can be immediately read using !variable_name!you can still read and use %variable_name%but that will continue to show the initial value (expanded at the beginning of the line). Examples: Save these examples as a batch file e.g. demo.cmd and then execute (demo) to see the result:
