What is the difference between loctite and anti seize?
If bolts come pre dipped like the avid brake parts do you add loctite blue over the pre-dip solution or add anti-sieze? Aluminium frame btw. Loc-tite is designed to hold bolts in place or tight, if you will. Anti-seize is designed to prevent bolts from seizing and consequently snapping or rounding the head.
Is loctite Anti Seize?

Is Threadlocker the same as anti seize?
Threadlocker. So anti-seize prevents fasteners from seizing up, so you would think that thread locker does the opposite; it prevents the screw from coming out, and you would be correct. But like anti-seize, it also prevents the screw from seizing up. Thread locker keeps your screws from rusting into place.
What should you not use anti seize on?
Do not use anti-seize as a lubricant such as on caliper slide pins or on threads for a bushing press or any mechanical assembly that requires a lubricant. Do not use anti-seize on exposed threads because the compound can attract contaminants that may contribute to thread damage when the fastener is removed.

Can you use anti seize on exhaust?
If you are reusing exhaust manifold bolts (which we don’t recommend), apply a metal fortified anti-seize to your manifold bolts. If you’ve just removed the broken bolts and ready to complete the repair, chase the threads clean and use fresh OEM bolts for best results.
Is Loctite blue permanent?
