What is the most current version of Cura?
Cura LulzBot Edition v3. The current stable version of Cura LE for Windows is v3. 6.23 and for Mac OS is v3. 6.20. LulzBot Bio users will need to use version 3.6.
How do I import Cura settings?
Go to Settings -> Profile -> Manage Profiles Click on the Profiles and Import. Find the profiles on your drive (folder 04_Cura_layerheight_profiles), select one and open it. Unfortunately, Cura doesn’t support multiple profiles import at once. Your new profile will appear under the Custom profiles.

I’ve used a feature in Ultimaker Cura that can be used to alter the infill density locally. How to transfer profile from old version of Cura into new version?
When a new version of Cura installs it seems to transfer the Prusa printer definitions in “resources\\definitions” and the mesh definitions in “resources\\meshes”, but it doesn’t transfer the extruder definition in “resources\\extruders”.

Not every time, but when you do, it’s up to the Cura development team. I repeated the Prusa instructions for installing their profiles under Cura sometime around 4.3 IIRC and the profiles have carried forward to 4.5beta.
