What is the relationship between diode current and diode resistance?
Resistance is the opposition offered to the flow of current through the device. Hence, diode resistance can be defined as the effective opposition offered by the diode to the flow of current through it.

Reverse resistance is the resistance offered by the p-n junction diode when it is reverse biased. When reverse biased voltage is applied to the p-n junction diode, the width of depletion region increases. This depletion region acts as barrier to the electric current.
