IMPORTANT: Never change your username in a Trailhead Playground. This prevents Trailhead from checking your work and awarding badges/points for completing challenges. If your playground has the Playground Starter app, follow these steps to find your username and reset your password. 1.

- Click the Get Your Login Credentials tab.
- Make a note of the username shown on the page.
- Click Reset My Password.
- Click the link in the email.
- Enter a new password, confirm it, and click Change Password.
