Where do I find the Smart Group criteria?
As criteria are added to the Smart Group, they will be listed under the Smart Group Criteria header. For each criteria rule, you’ll see a number in green. This is the number of users who fit that criteria rule and each criteria rule above it.
How many rules can I add to a smart group?
Continue adding criteria rules to customize the group to your liking. You can add up to five rules per Smart Group. As criteria are added to the Smart Group, they will be listed under the Smart Group Criteria header. For each criteria rule, you’ll see a number in green.
What does it mean to be in a smart group?
Smart Groups use “AND logic”, which means users must meet all defined criteria to meet the requirements for that rule.
Can a user be removed from a smart group?
Users cannot be manually added or removed from a Smart Group, but you can manage these users in other ways such as filtering or granting admin access. The Users section of a Smart Group functions the same as your primary Users List under the Users tab. See our Users and Groups article for more information.
What can you do with smart groups platinum?
Our Smart Groups feature, available to Platinum and Diamond customers, allows you to create groups based on criteria you choose. Users are dynamically added and removed from Smart Groups based on these criteria. We recommend using this feature for phishing tests, training campaigns, and generating unique reports.
How do I change the Smart group name?
You can also select the smart group name in the Group column. The Edit Smart Group page displays with its existing settings. In the Edit Smart Group page, alter Criteria or Devices and Users (depending upon which type the smart group was saved with) and then select Next.
