Follow these steps to open the List settings.
- From the list you want to edit, click Settings.
- On the List settings page, edit the settings and properties you want, such as name, description, add versioning or validation, column ordering, or adding more columns.
What is incoming mail server for Outlook?

How to enable incoming e-mail support for a list?

When migrating from SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online in Office 365, there is no more “Incoming E-Mail Settings” allowed on Document Libraries… Which alternatives could be used to setup a list or site with E-mail interface, to allow attachment uploads to the list as before?
Can you add content to a list by sending email?
You cannot add content to lists or libraries in Meeting Workspace sites by sending email. To enable or configure incoming email support for a list or library, you must have the Manage Lists permission on the list or library. The Manage Lists permission is granted by default to the Site name owner’s SharePoint group.
