Which is window management application does slate use?
Failed to load latest commit information. Slate is a window management application similar to Divvy and SizeUp (except better and free!). Originally written to replace them due to some limitations in how each work, it attempts to overcome them by simply being extremely configurable.

How do you install slate tile over concrete?
A shop knife can be used to cut smaller pieces to fill uneven spaces reaching to adjacent walls. Secure the pieces to the plywood using 1 1/4 inch screws spaced evenly down the lines between individual pieces. If installing over concrete, a thin-set mortar can be spread evenly to create adhesion.
Is it better to frame windows as a set or as a unit?
Unless it makes a dramatic impact on the exterior, the spacing of the windows already in place looks fine, your painters and finish carpenters will thank you for not having to paint in between the 6 ” each window. Frame them as a unit, like your third option. I think they may even look better as a set than as three closely spaced individual units
