Which standard profile has the view encrypted data permission by default?
By Default no profile can see Encrypted Data. Only those profile which has “View Encrypted Data” permission can see encrypted fields and by default this permission is not given to any profile. You have to active this permission in profile by checking “View Encrypted Data” check box .
Are encrypted fields in the salesforce searchable using SOSL and SOQL?

What happens when my Guest access is restricted?
When guest access is restricted, guests can view only their own user profile. Permission to view other users isn’t allowed even if the guest is searching by User Principal Name or objectId. Restricted access also restricts guest users from seeing the membership of groups they’re in.
Can a guest see a list of users?

How to grant permission to access an azure key vault?
It does not allow access to keys, secrets and certificates. Perform all data plane operations on a key vault and all objects in it, including certificates, keys, and secrets.
