Why are my sent emails not showing in my sent box on iPad?
If you can’t see emails sent from your iPad on other devices and are using IMAP, you may need to tweak your settings. Tap your email account in the Accounts list and then tap the Account field to open an admin screen. Tap Advanced and then open Sent Mailbox in the Mailbox Behaviors area.

Mail should be synced between ALL Apple devices not just between iPhone and Mac or iPad and Mac. I don’t own a Mac. I own an iPhone and iPad. This was never a problem before mid 2019.
