Why did I suddenly lost my contacts?
Go to Settings > Accounts and tap on your Google account. Tap on Account sync and look for Contacts. Now, enable the toggle next to Contacts and if it’s already on, turn it off and on again.
How do I cancel Microsoft Exchange?
In the Office 365 admin center, go to the Subscriptions page, or choose Billing > Subscriptions. On the Subscriptions page, check if you still have the Exchange Online subscription. From the More actions menu, choose Cancel subscription.
What to do if you lost all your exchange contacts?
PS1: Some of the contacts added during the last 6 months might have been lost but I do prefer this option rather than loosing 2000+ contacts that were linked to the Exchange account. Why are my exchange contacts gone from my iPhone?
There’s no easy way on an iPhone to move a contact from one group (‘account’) to another so starting outside of the phone world can make things easier. If there’s no backup or the old ‘account A’ doesn’t exist in Exchange anymore then the contacts are probably gone.

However when you add the account back they should sync to the phone again provided you connect using activesync and enable contacts in the mail account settings on the phone.
