Why do I get sandbox account creation error?
I tried creating sandbox account but all of them shows error status after processing status. I am also unable to delete any account that I created. While I trying to delete the account I get this error. ” Something went wrong. One or more sandbox accounts could not be deleted. Try again.
Do you get email when you activate sandbox?
@Hodori88, if your appeal is approved, you won’t get an email, when you activate sandbox again, you will just be able to activate it. We have approved all the good users’s appeal tickets.

Can a sandbox create an app service plan?
It looks like SandBox do not have permission to create any App Service Plan other than F1 (Free). I have added screenshots for the steps. Step1 Step2 I found that by default, the setup of the service plan defaults to “Production”. If you select “Dev/Test” then S1 the exercise will complete as designed
