I’m experiencing a problem where whenever I export an excel sheet to SharePoint Online (List) through the export function in excel, the “Customize Forms” option wont appear under powerapps. Whenever I make a custom list within Sharepoint Online it does show up.
Use the default SharePoint form – When a user opens your list and selects New in the command bar, the default form for the list will appear. Use a custom form created in Power Apps – When a user opens your list and selects New in the command bar, your custom form will appear. (As an alternative, you can publish the form again in Power Apps.)
Why is there no customize form option in power apps?
If the Customize forms option isn’t available or doesn’t work correctly for your list, it might contain data types that PowerApps doesn’t support. Also, you can’t move your form to a different list or environment.
Please consider unlock the Choice fields Data cards within your Edit form, then remove the original ComboBox, and re-add a new one (ComboBox) within it, re-bind the new ComboBox to the Choice field in your SP list: Set the Items property of the ComboBox to following: then check if the Choice field ComboBox options show up well in your app.
Finally try to create new list form, you will be able to create list forms. delete my webcache in C:\\Users\\UserName\\AppData\\Local\\Microsoft\\WebsiteCache and reopen SharePoint designer before designer would let me create the form though.

Why is my edit form not working in my library?
Actually I found that issue started to appear when i tried to add field or new edit/display form to existing one, if there ware some documents in the library that were checked out or reserved by other people. When i deleted all the items (documents) or undone their reservation i was able to add edit/display forms again.
