Why is my car leaking water on the passenger side?
It’s usually located just behind the dashboard on the passenger’s side. If the evaporator drain gets clogged with leaves, litter or other road debris, the condensation will have nowhere to go and will begin leaking into the cabin — collecting in a puddle on the passenger’s side.
What car fluid is clear and odorless?
If your car is leaking a clear, water-like liquid it’s probably just that: water. A clear liquid could also be coolant, although this will likely have a coloured tinge to it (green, blue or yellow) and will have an odour, unlike water. See below for more information on leaking coolant.

In general there are several possible causes of water ingress to a foot well, from a damaged or deformed door seal to a blocked air-conditioning drain hose or damaged heat exchanger. If it’s a heater/air-conditioning fault then the carpet will become wet again in normal driving in dry weather.

Why does my car leak water when parked?
A small amount of water coming from your exhaust is probably just condensation. But if there’s a great deal of water, along with large amounts of white smoke, you may have blown a gasket. A blown gasket causes coolant to be burned alongside your fuel. If your leaking fluid is a strange color, it’s most likely coolant.
How do I remove water from my footwell?
If you know someone with a dehumidifier, and a garage, you could try just leaving the car in the garage with the dehumidifier running (inside the car) for some hours. That should get rid of a fair amount. You can also soak up water from the carpet with a sponge or similar if there’s an actual puddle.

The water is coming from the passenger side and it is dripping from a wee rubber pipe. For the sake of having answers for questions, I agree with the comments, and believe this is just condensation coming from the air conditioner. You know how water collects on the outside of a cold glass when its warm outside?
What to do if water is leaking from under your car?
At first, you should make sure that the thing that is leaking from your car is actual water and not some other fluid. In case, if there is some doubt about what actually is leaking from your car, you can place a paper under that leak to identify the density and color of the liquid.
