How to list unique permissions for files and folders on a website?
Just above, you will notice a message: “Some content on this site has different permissions from what you see here.” Click Show these items. It will no display lists or libraries on your site that have unique permissions. In my case, I have some unique permissions for files and folders within a Documents library.
Here’s what each message means: Some items of this list may have unique permissions which are not controlled from this page. Show these items. This means that, at some time in the past, an individual item within the list, library, or survey was shared with others.
